have been taken and the recent move reducing Lion
and Leopard quota in most hunting concessions is

each season in both the Luangwa and Kafue regions
of Zambia. The Kafue tends to be better as cats come
to bait earlier while Luangwa's north park is home
to the country's largest concentrations of leopard
and the GMA's surrounding are excellent for these

- Zambia's
Kafue region is the Sable capital of Africa
and you will NOT get a better trophy anywhere else.
Consider this: 2006 saw the new world record of 53
inches taken in Mumbwa GMA and surrounding GMA's have
consistently produced Sable bulls in the mid forties.
Without a doubt, this is your best option if Sable
is your priority!
In addition
you hunt open wilderness, this is NOT a game ranch
hunt where you might be satisfied with a 40"
bull - this is a wild hunt and 48" is not uncommon.
